Siciliana is a restaurant in Palermo, established in 1965 by a couple of passionate chefs. What is Sicily? Sicily is food, water, volcano, lemon and orange trees, it is great wine and friendly people.
Siciliana is a brand concept for an Italian cuisine restaurant. I definitely got inspired by a little obsession of Sicilians with lemons. Back in February 2019 when I visited this island for the first time, I was amazed by the amount of food made with lemons. This wonderfully fresh fruit in chocolate, candies, drinks, pastas, pretty much everything! This is when this brand concept was born.
